SAY IT AIN'T SO!

J.  I read in the paper this morning that KFC have just introduced (in the US) the "Double Down"
"A breadless mass of bacon, cheese and gooey sauce mashed between two slabs of fried chicken." reports The Globe and Mail.


Lord save us!
Well, if KFC have thrown down the gauntlet, I will respond with http://nourishedkitchen.com/.

    I think you've just introduced me to my new favorite food website. Bok choy is my FAVORITE veg. I'm not very forward-thinking with it though - I think this will now change.

    And the PHOTO! I almost choked on my inhale at its beauty. Simply STUNNING!

    I hope you mean the flowers and not the chicken 'sandwich' Lili! The flowers are part of one of my neighbour's urns in front of their house. We are finally turning the corner to Spring!
    I'm a big lover of bok choy too...ever since Jessica steamed the baby variety and then quicky tossed them in a little butter and sesame oil!
