Beauty in the Ordinary

This is not about being brilliant, or extraordinary, it's not about wanting to be famous, or making headlines, or trying to impress...this about sharing a 'gift' each day with the world...to lift the spirit of people when they read this blog, to show them the beauty in the ordinary.
"And above all, watch with glittering eyes the whole world around you because the greatest secrets are always hidden in the most unlikely places. Those who don't believe in magic will never find it." Raold Dahl

Who Am I?

Tom over at Tom Stephenson has challenged us to write our own obituary...here's my version of mine:

"In the end only kindness matters"  Jewel

Jacqueline, Jackie, Mumma, Jaxx...daughter, wife, mother, sister, friend...a little bit chameleon.
Born on the cusp of Cancer and Leo...waivered somewhere between nurturer and maned lioness.
Empath...straddled the fine line between "Let me help" and "I understand".
Came late to the realization of who she was, but once there settled in very comfortably.
In her heart of hearts worshipped the written word, and swooned when heard it set to music.
Dreamed of universal romance.
Always hoped to be remembered for her kindness...

  3. I was hoping to compare yours to your sisters, but she's pulled it! I've got a few tantalising lines on the dashboard - I'll look again tonight when I get home.
