This is not about being brilliant, or extraordinary, it's not about wanting to be famous, or making headlines, or trying to impress...this about sharing a 'gift' each day with the world...to lift the spirit of people when they read this blog, to show them the beauty in the ordinary.
"And above all, watch with glittering eyes the whole world around you because the greatest secrets are always hidden in the most unlikely places. Those who don't believe in magic will never find it." Raold Dahl

Everythings Amazing & Nobodys Happy
Here's some food for thought:
Everything is so Amazing Then Why is Nobody Happy?
Yes! I agree with all of it (despite a crap flight with Ryan Air recently). I DO feel like a child when I complain that my ISP is slow, or whatever. It really is amazing that we can do any of this stuff at all, but nothing is without cost.
I guess my feeling is that things are not so amazing — not at all. First night of the new Harry Potter movie took in $42 million. How much of that was sent to feed about six million people who are hurt and starving in the horn of Africa?
I know Air travel can be frustrating, annoying, exhausting etc. etc. but just think if we all were just even a little bit in awe of the whole event how it could stop us becoming such collectors of injustices. And yes, it hard to see such an abundance of wealth on one side of the world and the extreme poverty and suffering on the other, but I know there are some amazing wonderful generous people in this world who doing what they can, lets not forget. Cro...I love your spirit...shine on!

I still find myself looking up into the sky and marveling. And when I'm actually up there I marvel even more.
