Beauty in the Ordinary

This is not about being brilliant, or extraordinary, it's not about wanting to be famous, or making headlines, or trying to impress...this about sharing a 'gift' each day with the world...to lift the spirit of people when they read this blog, to show them the beauty in the ordinary.
"And above all, watch with glittering eyes the whole world around you because the greatest secrets are always hidden in the most unlikely places. Those who don't believe in magic will never find it." Raold Dahl

Mary, Mary quite contrary...

...I know, I know,
always wanting what I don't have.

But even in the middle of summer,
I just can't help longing for Autumn...

  3. I like autumn, and not just because I'm a Bear. There is something so restful about it.

  4. Even though I love the summer... I know what you mean J., there is something about the smell of the crisp fall air, the harvest, and the colours, it is such a beautiful time of the year...and I love the clothes...the fall fashion is the best...the sweater in the first photo is just gorgeous!

  5. Autumn here is log sawing, chestnuts, mushrooms, and beautiful long sunny days. It's also noticeable for the absence of tourists. However, I'll hang on to summer as long as possible please.
