Beauty in the Ordinary

This is not about being brilliant, or extraordinary, it's not about wanting to be famous, or making headlines, or trying to impress...this about sharing a 'gift' each day with the world...to lift the spirit of people when they read this blog, to show them the beauty in the ordinary.
"And above all, watch with glittering eyes the whole world around you because the greatest secrets are always hidden in the most unlikely places. Those who don't believe in magic will never find it." Raold Dahl

Goodnight Sweet Prince

you elegant fellow.

Thank You Angus
for sharing Wilf with us.

For teaching me the meaning of dignity...
kindness...gentility.

Lessons I will never forget.

  1. I, to, followed the life of Wilf the PON.

    Long walks and half croissants.

A life well lived and delightfully remembered.

  2. I loved Wilf the Pon, he was a gem, and reading Angus's post each morning were a delight.

Quite a personality that little guy had, and Digby before him.

    Have a good weekend, Elizabeth

  3. I didn't know Wilf, but hate to read about dogs departing; it makes me anxious about my own two.

  6. Wonderful and sweet tribute to Wilfy. We knew it was coming, but it was still so very sad when it happened. He *was* a sweet Prince, and a happy one too..,and he touched so many hearts...the worlds pup.
    Thinking of you both...
