Beauty in the Ordinary

This is not about being brilliant, or extraordinary, it's not about wanting to be famous, or making headlines, or trying to impress...this about sharing a 'gift' each day with the world...to lift the spirit of people when they read this blog, to show them the beauty in the ordinary.
"And above all, watch with glittering eyes the whole world around you because the greatest secrets are always hidden in the most unlikely places. Those who don't believe in magic will never find it." Raold Dahl

  3. Happy Birthday, as you transition from Cancer to Leo. I hope you enjoy your month of champagne, and aren't too crabby!

  6. I began life as Leo, then I became Cancer. I think the 'powers that be' have now decided that I shall remain Cancer.

My oldest son, and his family, arrive on the 28th, and we always drink lots of Champagne together. I could almost have written your posting for you. I'm the 22nd by the way!

  7. I'm the 23rd Cro!...but have been told by the powers that be that I am a Leo! (not sure how they figure it out). I like having two signs...definitely feel the draw of the home-loving/family loving crab most of the time, but love roaring like a lion every now and then.
