I want this man's job!
Beauty in the Ordinary
This is not about being brilliant, or extraordinary, it's not about wanting to be famous, or making headlines, or trying to impress...this about sharing a 'gift' each day with the world...to lift the spirit of people when they read this blog, to show them the beauty in the ordinary.
"And above all, watch with glittering eyes the whole world around you because the greatest secrets are always hidden in the most unlikely places. Those who don't believe in magic will never find it." Raold Dahl
I don't want his job ~ I want to date him..he's hilarious!

I love Rick Mercer. Thank for that J, I haven;t seen that. Also didn;t know that bear had cubs while hibernating.
ReplyDeleteRick came out a while ago too Suzan...so three strikes! Wouldn't he be great to be around thought...what a sense of humour!
ReplyDeleteI didn't know that either Chania.
What I loved about the video, aside from those beautiful creatures and how much Rick makes me laugh, was the tenderness of the park rangers. Obviously it's a labour-intensive process, tracking down and tagging the bears and cubs, but no one seemed in a huge hurry and they were all careful to put things back they way they were before intruding.
Now...as to why we have to tag the bears in the first place...well I guess that's a whole other post!
Hmmm. Not too keen on all this tagging business! I wonder when Big Brother will want all of us tagged. Maybe we already are!
ReplyDeleteYou've got a good point Cro!
ReplyDeleteBut if that's the only way we can stop people from shooting them for fun...I'm going with the rangers!
Love that Rick too!
J I love this video! Those little bears are so cute and he's so funny!
ReplyDeleteThe header photo V? I know you said you were having a cold snap...but please tell me that's not your house...Yikes!
ReplyDeleteIt's a view from my front door across the road, and that was taken early this morning...it hasn't stopped snowing since then...yikes it right,
ReplyDeleteSoups on!!!
That's got to be a first, you getting snow in Victoria before us here in Ontario. Really warm here today...go figure!
ReplyDeleteDoes your island have snow ploughs yet?
