Beauty in the Ordinary

This is not about being brilliant, or extraordinary, it's not about wanting to be famous, or making headlines, or trying to impress...this about sharing a 'gift' each day with the world...to lift the spirit of people when they read this blog, to show them the beauty in the ordinary.
"And above all, watch with glittering eyes the whole world around you because the greatest secrets are always hidden in the most unlikely places. Those who don't believe in magic will never find it." Raold Dahl

  3. Rick came out a while ago too Suzan...so three strikes! Wouldn't he be great to be around thought...what a sense of humour!
I didn't know that either Chania.
What I loved about the video, aside from those beautiful creatures and how much Rick makes me laugh, was the tenderness of the park rangers. Obviously it's a labour-intensive process, tracking down and tagging the bears and cubs, but no one seemed in a huge hurry and they were all careful to put things back they way they were before intruding.
Now...as to why we have to tag the bears in the first place...well I guess that's a whole other post!

  4. Hmmm. Not too keen on all this tagging business! I wonder when Big Brother will want all of us tagged. Maybe we already are!

  5. You've got a good point Cro!
But if that's the only way we can stop people from shooting them for fun...I'm going with the rangers!
    Love that Rick too!
