Beauty in the Ordinary

This is not about being brilliant, or extraordinary, it's not about wanting to be famous, or making headlines, or trying to impress...this about sharing a 'gift' each day with the world...to lift the spirit of people when they read this blog, to show them the beauty in the ordinary.
"And above all, watch with glittering eyes the whole world around you because the greatest secrets are always hidden in the most unlikely places. Those who don't believe in magic will never find it." Raold Dahl

  2. Turkey for lunch? I see it's also Yom kippur today, so celebrations going on all over!

It's getting very autumnal here too, but still in the upper 20's C.

    Happy Thanksgiving.

  6. Hello,
I visited your blog today. We are two sisters too - and a mom. Your blog is so pretty and full of life!! I loved what you said on your side bar about finding the beauty in the ordinary. Our blog is similar to that. We would love it if you could visit us and follow. I would really enjoy coming back to visit with you. Your blog is so pretty and filled with peace, and I am leaving here today with a smile. I hope to hear from you, and have a sweet day.
